Thanks to this ambitious project to combine a multitude of functions – sales, offices and services – within a single structure on the island of Las Palmas in the Canary Islands, 3,000 m² of flooring was created using the “polished effect” variant of the Ultratop System in anthracite. A cementitious coating with a strong materic impact and high functional performance properties; this is the solution that is becoming increasingly adopted for commercial spaces, guaranteeing materic, customisable surfaces that remain highly resistant over time.
